1. The return of the goods purchased in salons in Armenia is carried out in any HENDERSON salon in Armenia (addresses of salons), regardless of the place of purchase. The Buyer has the right to return the product or submit the product for internal quality control in any HENDERSON network store in Armenia.

2. The procedure of the return is performed only if there is a receipt.

3. Rejection of the goods of proper quality. The Buyer is entitled to reject the ordered goods at any time before receiving them and within 30 days – after receiving the goods, not counting the day of the purchase. The return of the goods of proper quality is possible if they are in marketable condition, consumer properties as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product is preserved.

4. If the Buyer was given goods of inadequate quality and otherwise was not agreed in advance by the Seller, the Buyer is entitled to take advantage of the provisions of the law of the RA “On consumer rights protection”, “CIVIL CODE” of the RA. The demands to return the amount of money paid for the goods are subject to satisfaction within 10 days from the day of presenting the relevant demand (the law of the RA “On consumer rights protection”).
