Hemming services are provided free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase of new products (if there is a receipt and the product is in a marketable condition, i.e the product was not in use, the factory tags and labels have been saved) including those purchased on the websites of our partners: WILDBERRIES, OZON, LAMODA. The service is provided within a period of 24 hours to 7 days, depending on the workload of the tailors and the complexity of the work performed.

When submitting a product for adjustments according to the body shape to a salon that does not have a tailor, all required operations are performed by professional tailors at the HENDERSON Fashion House Central Office. In this case, the period for completing the work may exceed 7 days.
